What if I still can't find what I'm looking for?
Although we have thousands of products listed, we are constantly adding new products. If you are unable to locate an item, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
How do I purchase an item once I have found it?
Once you have found the item you are interested in, simply click the image for additional product details. Be sure to read the description carefully as many of our items are available in multiple colors, sizes, and quantities. In order to begin the purchasing process, simply add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. You will not be required to enter any credit card information until the final step of the checkout procedure.
Why do I have to create an account?
AlbertZoll.com requires users to create an account before completing an order. Each customer account has a unique username and password, for security and customization of the shopping experience. You will be asked to enter your delivery information, along with an email address where you will receive important information about the status of your order. You will never be asked to submit payment until the final total from your order is displayed on the confirmation screen.
Shipping What shipping options do you offer?
AlbertZoll.com ships exclusively with UPS Ground. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, and have a 1-5 business day delivery estimate. If you need to receive your package sooner, we will be happy to upgrade your shipping option for an additional cost. Please contact us, or call 1-888-922-0589 to discuss alternate shipping options.
When will my order arrive?
Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number. This number records the progress of your package, and you view the status of your order 24hours a day at www.ups.com by entering the tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number in 48-72 hours after your order please contact us.
How can I change my delivery address?
We are happy to change any information on your order before it has been shipped. Once your package has been created and shipped we are unable to change the information. If you need to change any information but your package has already been shipped, you may contact UPS by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS and provide your tracking number. If the item is still en route, they might be able to update your information.
Payment Which forms of payment do you accept?

Is it safe to enter my credit information?

Your username is always your full email address. You can retrieve your password by entering your email address here. We will reset your password and send the temporary password to the email address you registered with us. If you cannot remember the email address you initially registered, simply create a new account. Your old account will become inactive and will be removed from the system.

If I continue shopping another time will my shopping cart be saved?
Yes! Your shopping cart will be saved in your account. Simply log back into your account to continue shopping, and follow the link for your shopping cart at the top right hand corner.
Cancellations If I change my mind, how can I cancel my order?
We will be happy to cancel and refund your order if it has not been processed and shipped. Simply contact us or call 1-888-922-0589. If your order has already been created or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns Can I return an item if I no longer want it?
